2. Never feed mark sheets or progress data into public tools: If you need an analysis of class marks, replace names with codes (S01, S02...).
3. Use only a sanctioned platform: Student data belongs only on an education platform built for the purpose and bound by accountability — not in any free app that happens to be at hand.
4. Parent awareness: When you introduce the digital method to your class, explain openly to parents how their child's data is used. Transparency is the foundation of trust.
5. Never publicize a child's failure: The red row on the Heat-Map is the teacher's operational data — not a shame list to be displayed before the class.

As a teacher, you need the same architectural mindset:

• The Routine Teacher: Fifteen years of the same notes, the same questions, the same pace. When the exam ends, they look at the results and conclude, "this class is weak." The process itself is never questioned.
