15+ years as Head of Engineering and Delivery at WSO2, a Sri Lankan enterprise software company trusted by hundreds of the world's largest organizations. Led teams of 200+ engineers across API management, integration, and identity products used by Fortune 500 companies.

Left WSO2 in 2018 to pursue a personal mission: giving every Sri Lankan student the tools to learn independently. Started with physical book donations to 3,000 students. Built Idasara Academy to scale that mission with AI.
