What is Future perfect & Reported speech?

Effective spoken and written interaction requires competence in formal dialogue conventions, telephone protocols, and the Future Perfect Tense. The Future Perfect Tense ('subject + will have + past participle') projects completion of an action prior to a stated benchmark in the future (e.g., 'By 5:00 p.m., the committee will have finalized the schedule'). Furthermore, constructing grammatically sound WH-questions with proper auxiliary inversion is essential for interviews, enquiries, and structured communication.

Check before you answer (O/L Paper 1 & Paper 2)

  1. Future Perfect Formation: Ensuring the auxiliary 'will have' is strictly followed by a past participle rather than a base infinitive (e.g., 'will have completed' vs 'will have complete').
  2. WH-Question Inversion: Maintaining the standard question syntax (Question word + Auxiliary + Subject + Main verb) without omitting essential helper verbs.
  3. Conversational Politeness Markers: Applying appropriate formal expressions for agreeing ('I concur with your view'), disagreeing courteously ('I see your point, but...'), and telephone messaging.
